Mark S. Simms is an attorney and President of Simms Law, P.C. His practice is focused on securities and financial services litigation, including the representation of investors and registered representatives before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Mark has experience defending clients in complex commercial and tort litigation, including disputes concerning sophisticated alternative investment products and a multi-billion dollar securities class action, as well as regulatory compliance matters in both state and federal courts.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Mark was a two-time recipient of the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for Outstanding Academic Performance. While attending the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law during his second year, Mark authored a published Note for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Mark received undergraduate degrees in both Economics and Philosophy from Boston College.
